Payment
We accept Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Solo cards. We charge for all orders at the point-of-purchase and will advise you if we cannot supply according to our stated availability. We will always refund your payment if we're unable to supply the title you order.
We also accept cheques or postal orders (in Pounds Sterling). When placing your order, click the pay by cheque or postal order option after filling in your address details and then send your payment to the address below made out to Inpress Ltd. Note this may slow your order as we have to wait for funds to clear before we can despatch your order. Please note if we do not receive payment within 30 days, we will cancel your order.

VAT
VAT is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. In the UK, VAT is charged at 17.5% on most products for orders despatched within the European Union, including the UK. However, books are zero rated in the UK, so you will not pay VAT on the books that Inpress offers, unless it contains a CD, but there is a VAT charge on postage and packing where it has been applied to your order. (Currently all orders from within the UK are free of P & P charges.)
Orders outside the EU: VAT is not charged on orders with destinations outside the European Union.
2. Stock and Availability
While we do our best to maintain availability of stock, products may go out of stock from time to time and are offered subject to availability. We will advise you of any delay and you will be given the opportunity to select an alternative item to the same value or we will refund your card.

Delivery times
UK
Subject to availability, items will be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of order. Delivery is usually within 2 working days of despatch.
Europe
Subject to availability, items will be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of order. Delivery is usually with 3-5 working days of despatch.
Customs
For international shipments outside the EU, we are obliged to complete a Customs Declaration which is then affixed to your package stating the value of the goods within. Additional customs charges may be levied when package reaches your country and must be borne by you. Please be aware that some packages may be opened and inspected by customs officials on entering your country.
Lost/missing shipments
If in the unlikely event your order does not arrive in a timely fashion, please check whether you have received a calling card from our carriers you may not have been at home when delivery was attempted

Our 30 day no quibbles guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us unopened and in its original condition within 30 days for a refund. We aim to process refunds immediately.
If the item is faulty or is being returned because of our error, we will be happy to refund the delivery charge incurred in sending the item to you. This also applies when you are returning goods within the statutory seven working day cooling off period.
We will also refund your return postage costs if the item is faulty or is being returned because of our error. We regret we cannot refund return postage cost or giftwrapping in other cases.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Your privacy
At Inpress, we use the information you share with us to process your orders and to inform you of offers that may interest you. If you do not wish to receive mailings from us, please check the opt-out box on the order form.
We follow strict guidelines set down by the Data Protection Act 1998 and because of this, may require proof of your identity before disclosing sensitive information to you.
We will not share your details with any organisation except current Inpress members.
